These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gaysatanicbrotherhood.org, including its public and members-only areas, community features, content, interactive features and any other services or functionality made available through the website (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated under the name Gay Satanic Brotherhood ("GSB").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Certain features or areas of the Service may be subject to additional rules or conditions. Where applicable, those rules or conditions form part of the terms governing your use of the relevant feature or area.

Your personal data is processed as described in the GSB Privacy Policy.

 

1. ADULT ACCESS

 

GSB is intended exclusively for adults.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, where applicable, that you have reached any higher age required by the laws of your country or jurisdiction to access sexually explicit material.

The Service may contain nudity, sexually explicit material, adult themes, Satanic imagery, religious or anti-religious themes, and other content that some individuals may consider offensive, disturbing or inappropriate.

You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Service, including access to any sexually explicit material, is lawful in the country or jurisdiction from which you access it.

You must not allow any minor, or any other person who is not legally entitled to access the Service or its content, to access the Service through your account or credentials.

 

2. ACCOUNTS AND MEMBERSHIP

 

Some features and areas of the Service require a registered GSB account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and login credentials and for the activity carried out through your account.

Your account is personal. You may not sell, transfer, share or otherwise make your account or login credentials available to another person, nor may you use another member's account without authorization.

You agree to provide accurate information where required for the creation or operation of your account and to keep such information reasonably up to date where necessary.

If you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization, you should notify GSB as soon as reasonably possible.

Creating an account does not guarantee permanent access to any particular feature, area or content of the Service. Access to certain areas or content may be subject to additional requirements or permissions as described elsewhere on GSB.

 

3. PROVISION AND MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE

 

GSB provides a combination of editorial content, community features, interactive experiences, member areas and other online content and services.

Some parts of the Service are publicly accessible, while others may require registration, specific access permissions or other eligibility requirements.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GSB does not guarantee that every feature, area or piece of content will always be available, uninterrupted or unchanged.

GSB may develop, modify, reorganize, replace, suspend or discontinue any feature, area, content or other part of the Service. The availability of a feature or content at a particular time does not guarantee that it will remain available permanently.

GSB may also temporarily interrupt or restrict access to all or part of the Service for maintenance, updates, security, technical reasons or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

 

4. CONDITIONS OF USE

 

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes, unless GSB expressly authorizes another use.

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

1. use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited purpose;

2. interfere with, damage, disrupt, overload or impair the Service, its infrastructure or its normal operation;

3. attempt to gain unauthorized access to another member's account, restricted areas, systems, databases or other parts of the Service;

4. circumvent or attempt to circumvent access restrictions, technical protections, membership requirements or other mechanisms used to restrict access to particular areas or content;

5. share, sell, transfer or otherwise provide another person with unauthorized access to restricted areas or content;

6. upload, transmit or distribute viruses, malware, malicious code or other material intended to interfere with or damage software, hardware, networks or the Service;

7. collect, extract or use personal information concerning other members without their authorization or another lawful basis;

8. use communication or community features of the Service to distribute spam, unsolicited advertising, mass solicitations or other unauthorized commercial communications;

9. impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in a manner intended to deceive, defraud or harm others;

10. use bots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated systems to access, extract, reproduce or systematically collect content or information from the Service without prior authorization from GSB;

11. systematically collect or use GSB Content for datasets, machine-learning systems, artificial-intelligence training or generative AI systems without prior authorization from GSB;

12. reproduce, redistribute, sell, license or otherwise commercially exploit GSB Content except where expressly permitted by GSB or applicable law.

 

5. GSB CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

Unless otherwise indicated, all text, graphics, photographs, images, videos, audio, logos, design elements, compilations, interactive features and other material created or provided by GSB through the Service ("GSB Content") are owned by GSB or used with the permission of their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

GSB grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and view GSB Content for your personal and non-commercial use.

Where GSB expressly provides a download function or otherwise permits downloading, you may download and retain the relevant material solely for your personal and non-commercial use.

Unless expressly authorized by GSB or permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise commercially exploit GSB Content.

You may not remove, conceal or alter copyright notices, trademarks, credits, watermarks or other proprietary notices appearing on GSB Content.

All GSB names, logos, distinctive graphics and other identifiers used in connection with the Service remain the property of GSB or their respective rights holders. No right to use them is granted except as necessary for the permitted use of the Service.

 

6. USER CONTENT

 

The Service may allow you to submit, upload, publish, send or otherwise make available text, images, photographs, videos, audio, comments, messages, profile information and other material ("User Content").

You retain ownership of the User Content that you create. GSB does not claim ownership of your User Content.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions and consents necessary to submit and share it through the Service.

By submitting User Content, you grant GSB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, format and display that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, provide and moderate the Service and the feature through which the content was submitted.

Where you intentionally submit User Content for public display or sharing with other members, this license also permits GSB to make that content available to the intended audience through the Service.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to GSB and does not authorize GSB to sell your User Content as its own.

GSB may remove, restrict or cease displaying User Content in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You should retain your own copies of any User Content that is important to you. GSB does not guarantee the permanent storage, preservation or availability of User Content submitted through the Service.

 

7. SEXUALLY EXPLICIT USER CONTENT

 

Where the Service permits the submission or sharing of sexually explicit User Content, additional requirements apply.

You must not submit, upload, publish, send or share sexually explicit content depicting any person under the age of 18, or any person who had not reached the applicable legal age to participate in the creation of such content at the time it was created.

You must ensure that every identifiable person depicted in sexually explicit User Content is an adult and has freely consented both to the creation of the material and to its sharing or publication in the manner in which you use the Service.

You must have all necessary rights, permissions and consents to submit and share such material.

Content involving or depicting sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, coercion, non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence presented as real, or any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.

You must not submit sexually explicit images, videos or other material of another person obtained or distributed without that person's consent, including intimate material originally created or shared privately.

GSB may immediately remove or restrict access to content that violates these requirements and may suspend or terminate accounts involved. Where required by applicable law, GSB may preserve and report relevant information or material to the competent authorities.

8. COMMUNITY AND USER CONDUCT

 

GSB may provide community and interactive features that allow members to communicate, interact and share User Content with other members.

You are responsible for your conduct when using these features and for your interactions with other users.

You agree not to use the Service to harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, defame or deliberately abuse another person, or to encourage unlawful conduct against another person.

You must respect the privacy of other members. You may not disclose, publish or distribute another person's private or personal information without their consent or another lawful basis.

You may not use information, images, messages or other content obtained through GSB to harass, blackmail, exploit, impersonate or otherwise harm another person.

GSB does not endorse or assume responsibility for opinions, statements or User Content submitted by members. User Content represents the views and responsibility of the person who submitted it.

GSB may review, restrict or remove User Content and may restrict, suspend or terminate access to community features or accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Service, or comply with applicable law.

If you believe that User Content or the conduct of another member violates these Terms or applicable law, you may report it using the contact or reporting mechanisms provided by GSB.

 

9. CONTENT MODERATION AND REPORTING

 

GSB may moderate User Content made available through the Service in order to maintain the Service, enforce these Terms, protect members and third parties, and comply with applicable law.

GSB reserves the right to review, restrict, hide or remove User Content that violates these Terms, infringes the rights of others, is unlawful, creates a security or safety risk, or is otherwise incompatible with the proper operation of the Service.

GSB may take appropriate action against accounts responsible for serious or repeated violations, including restricting particular features, suspending access or terminating the account.

The fact that User Content is available through the Service does not mean that GSB has reviewed, approved or endorsed it.

If you believe that content available through the Service is unlawful, infringes your rights or violates these Terms, you may report it using the contact or reporting mechanisms provided by GSB. Reports should contain sufficient information to identify the content concerned and explain the reason for the report.

GSB will assess reports and take such action as may be appropriate or required under applicable law.

 

10. SUPPORT, RESERVED CONTENT AND ACCESS

 

GSB may make certain content, areas or features available only to members who meet specific access requirements. These may include the GSB Temple and other reserved areas or content identified as such on the Service.

GSB may grant access to reserved content as a form of recognition for supporting GSB, including through voluntary financial contributions. The content, areas, features and duration of access associated with a particular form of support will be described on the relevant pages of the Service.

Access to reserved content is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, transfer or otherwise provide another person with your access to reserved areas or distribute reserved content in a manner not expressly permitted by GSB.

The availability and organization of reserved content may change over time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to a reserved area does not guarantee that every item of content available at the beginning of the access period will remain available for its entire duration.

Additional conditions concerning access to and use of content made available by GSB, including reserved content, are set out in the GSB Content Rules.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights that you may have under applicable law.

 

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

 

The Service may contain links to, embed content from, or integrate with websites, platforms, payment providers, applications and other services operated by third parties.

Third-party services are operated independently from GSB and may be subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies and other conditions.

The inclusion of a link, integration, embedded content or reference to a third-party service does not necessarily imply that GSB endorses or controls that service or its content.

GSB does not control and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices or operation of independent third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies established by their respective operators.

 

12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

 

GSB may restrict, suspend or terminate your account or your access to particular areas, features or content where reasonably necessary, including in the event of:

• a violation of these Terms;

• unlawful or fraudulent activity;

• serious or repeated misconduct toward other members;

• unauthorized sharing, reproduction or distribution of reserved content;

• sharing, selling or transferring account credentials or reserved access;

• attempts to circumvent access restrictions or security measures;

• conduct that creates a security, legal or operational risk for GSB, its members or third parties.

Depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation, GSB may issue a warning, remove or restrict content, limit particular features, temporarily suspend access or permanently terminate an account.

GSB may take immediate action without prior notice where reasonably necessary in response to serious violations, unlawful activity, security threats or risks to other persons.

Where appropriate or required by applicable law, GSB will provide information concerning the reason for a restriction, suspension or termination and any available means of contesting the decision.

Termination or suspension of an account may also result in the loss of access to areas or content associated with that account.

Nothing in this section affects any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 

13. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

 

GSB processes personal data in connection with the operation and provision of the Service.

Information about the categories of personal data collected, the purposes and legal bases of processing, data retention, third-party services, cookies, and your rights under applicable data protection law is provided in the GSB Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms a separate notice concerning the processing of personal data and should be read together with these Terms.

When using community or interactive features, you are responsible for the personal information that you choose to make available to other members or publicly through the Service.

You must respect the privacy and personal data of other users and must not collect, disclose, distribute or misuse another person's personal information in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

 

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

 

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While GSB aims to maintain the Service and its content in good working order, GSB does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors, technical problems or harmful components.

GSB does not guarantee that all information, User Content or other material available through the Service will always be accurate, complete, current or reliable.

GSB does not endorse or guarantee statements, opinions, advice, representations or User Content submitted by members or other third parties.

Your use of the Service and your reliance on content made available through it are at your own discretion and risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

 

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GSB will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.

GSB will not be responsible for losses resulting from User Content, the conduct of other users, independent third-party services, unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials, or interruptions and technical failures outside GSB's reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies or backups of any User Content or other information that you wish to preserve. GSB is not responsible for the loss or deletion of User Content except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits GSB's liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Any mandatory rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.

 

16. INDEMNIFICATION

 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for any loss, damage, liability or reasonable cost incurred by GSB as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person.

This may include claims made by third parties arising from User Content that you submitted where you did not have the necessary rights, permissions or consents to submit or share that content.

Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify GSB for losses caused by GSB's own unlawful conduct, negligence or failure to comply with obligations imposed on it by applicable law.

 

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

 

GSB may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, its features and operation, applicable law, security requirements or other relevant circumstances.

The current version of these Terms will always indicate the date on which it was last updated.

Where changes materially affect registered members, their rights or their use of the Service, GSB may provide additional notice through the Service or another appropriate communication method where required or reasonably appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become applicable constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Service and, where applicable, may request the closure of your account.

18. SEVERABILITY

 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted and applied to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The invalidity or unenforceability of one provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any additional terms or conditions expressly applicable to a particular feature, area or service of GSB, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Service.

The GSB Privacy Policy separately explains how GSB collects, uses and otherwise processes personal data.

The GSB Content Rules establish additional conditions applicable to access to and use of content made available by GSB, including reserved content where applicable.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and additional conditions expressly applicable to a specific GSB feature or service, the specific conditions will apply to that feature or service to the extent of the conflict.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted under applicable law.

20. GOVERNING LAW

 

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Italy.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protections granted to you by the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law to bring proceedings before a competent court in your country of residence.
