An initiation covenant for our zoom meetings
As part of this group (and I may already have missed this as I'm new) is there a rite of initiation? I have outlined A Theistic Satanic Initiation Rite of Personal Covenant as an example below. I'd appreciate feedback positive or negative.
I feel it takes courage to do this but also allows one to give serious consideration as to what he is about, emphasizing the signing of the covenant as a sacred act of commitment.
Preparation (Before the Ritual Begins)
Each initiate must have:
A written covenant: A personal declaration of their chosen path and commitment to Satan.
A candle (black or red): Representing the flame of transformation.
A chalice or glass (with wine, juice, or other liquid): Symbolizing their acceptance of the path.
A blade, knife or dagger (optional): Representing severance from past limitations.
A pen (or stylus, if digital): To physically sign the covenant during the ritual.
This ritual is performed in a Zoom group, led by a High Priest or designated guide.

I. Opening Invocation (Led by the High Priest or designated guide)
The ritual leader lights a black candle and addresses the group:
"In the name of Satan, the Lord of Liberation, we gather here in darkness not as the lost, but as those who have chosen the path of power, wisdom, and self-sovereignty. Let those who seek initiation now come forward and make their oath."
The group responds:
"Hail Satan! Hail the Adversary!"
II. The Initiate’s Covenant (Each Initiate Reads Aloud in Turn)
Each initiate holds their written covenant and declares:
"I step forward of my own free will, unshackled by false gods, unafraid of the path before me. I embrace the Infernal Flame and align myself with Satan, the Bringer of Light and the Master of Rebellion. This is my will, and my will alone."
They then read their personal covenant aloud, stating:
Why they have chosen this path.
The aspects of Satanism they will embrace (self-deification, wisdom, devotion, rebellion, etc.).
A declaration of lifelong commitment to their journey.
After reading, the initiate takes their pen and signs the covenant in full view of the group on zoom.
III. The Act of Binding (Symbolic Action of Devotion)
After signing, the initiate performs a symbolic act to seal their oath:
Lighting the Candle 🔥 (Illuminating the path ahead)
The initiate lights their candle and says: “By this flame, I ignite my true self and walk unafraid into the darkness.”
The Chalice or glass of Devotion 🍷 (Partaking in the path)
They raise their chalice or glass and proclaim: “I drink in honor of the path I have chosen and in the name of Satan, who walks beside me.”
They then drink, symbolizing their full acceptance of the journey.
The Blade of Severance/Optional, symbolic release from the past)
If a dagger, knife or blade is present, the initiate lightly presses it to their palm and declares: “I sever myself from the lies and chains of my former life. I stand reborn in the shadow of the Adversary.”
IV. The Blessing of Darkness (High Priest or designated leader)
The ritual leader raises their hands and speaks:
"You have spoken, and the path is now yours to walk. The Infernal Lord does not demand submission—He calls upon you to stand in your own power. You are no longer a seeker; you are one of us. May the fire within you burn eternal. In the name of Satan, it is done."
The group responds:
"Hail Satan! Hail the Initiate!"
V. The Sealing of the Rite
The initiate holds their signed covenant in their hands, taking a moment of silent reflection.
The High Priest or designated leader then instructs: “Blow out your candle, but know that the flame within you never dies.”
The candle is extinguished, symbolizing the closing of the ritual while signifying that the inner fire remains eternal.
Post-Ritual Commitment (Optional but Encouraged)
Each initiate keeps their signed covenant in a sacred place (altar, journal, or hidden space of power).
Some may choose to burn their written covenant in a personal rite, allowing the smoke to carry their words to the Infernal Realm.
Others might affirm their commitment through an act of devotion in the following days—whether through meditation, study, or a solitary ritual.
Final Notes
This ritual is designed to be deeply personal and symbolic, allowing the initiate to publicly commit to their path while maintaining a strong spiritual connection. Signing the covenant is an act of will, binding the initiate to their chosen path in the presence of their peers and the Infernal Lord.

Yes, this is what many have been waiting for… I’d like to be a part of that covenant. Please, keep me posted…
