09/25/23 - AN UPDATE

Our first meeting of this now closed group will be on Saturday, Sept 30 @ 1:00 pm New York time.

38 Men originally asked to be part of this experience. All received an introductory email with the group explanation, which all were asked to confirm that they read and agreed with the explanation.

Of that 38 Men, 26 Men responded to the introductory email and confirmed and agreed...they will receive the link for the meeting.

Another 12 of those 38 Men did not respond to email, got a follow up email and did not respond to that either, as such will not get the link for this first meeting of this ongoing group.

Finally, 3 of the original 38 requestors received the email, responded and changed their mind and declined to participate.

The 26 Gay Men who are attending are from eastern & western Europe, the United States, Canada, the Carribean and Central and South America. It looks like we may be able to have a breakout discussion room in Spanish, very exciting.

The facilitators who will help keep this on track are meeting this week to finalize.

A final email with the link to the conference will be mailed out to the 26 Men who agreed to be part of this.

Very excited about this. Looking forward.
