HAIL SATAN...HAIL HIS DEMONS AND SATANIC SONS

Lust is a four letter word just like Love. While Christians have no problems with the concept of love, they sure do when it comes to LUST. Indeed, the Catholic church teaches it is a SIN. And a mortal one at that. So why all this drama over a four letter word? Allow me to present a short, overly simplistic and overgeneralized history of Judeo-Christian mythology. When the Jewish people were developing their mythology, they wanted to separate themselves from the people around them in order to feel important and powerful. They saw the people around them who practiced polytheism and embraced and indulged their sexual nature through all kinds of sexual acts. The Jewish people then developed a god who said sex was only between a married man and woman and only for the purpose of procreation. This became the basic myth that Love was the natural state of men. Later not to be outdone and proved you can be mindless like a sheep, Christians bought in and ran with it. It might have worked except for one little detail. The beginning of all relationships including those of men and women starts with physical attraction which is another way to define or describe Lust.

But carnal lust is just one part of the wisdom that Satan teaches. Satanism teaches we should lust for more knowledge, more wisdom, more power, more wealth, more sexual experiences, more of anything we are passionate about.

Lust is what binds us and moves us ever higher and deeper into the darkness. Most of the Satanists I know embrace and indulge their lust for wisdom and knowledge of the lefthand path. They know that Satanism is not just Christianity painted black, as Malick stated so eloquently, but a arduous life long journey. And part of that journey is to learn, accept and embrace their true nature as sexual beasts without shame, guilt or believing it to be a sin. As Jared Erickson has said to me, "Live in Lust."
